How does PrintOffer match an RfQ with printers?
An RfQ is shown to printers that list its product type and can deliver where the buyer needs it. For a domestic RfQ that means printers in the delivery country; for a regional one, printers in the same country and region; for an international one, printers that list the delivery country among the countries they deliver to.
